The lodge offers panoramic views from each forest facing room, all of which consist of large windows and a verandah which presents an open view of passing game. Specifically designed for game viewing, Serena Mountain Lodge offers a rustic African theme, whilst maintaining international standards. The main areas of the lodge also overlook a waterhole which is regularly visited by a profuse amount of wildlife.
