Help Mad Mikes on Bikes to raise £20,000 to fund education for children-in-need within the Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe community!

Mike Davis and Mike Johnson, the two slightly overweight, mid-life crisis-afflicted individuals are more known for their hedonistic lifestyles than for their feats of endurance. But they have thrown themselves into a “New Year, New Me” mentality and have undertaken a massive fundraising cycle challenge from Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe to Cape Town, South Africa. This extraordinary cycle challenge commences on the 1st of February 2023 from their homes in Victoria Falls, that will take them on a 35 day route through four countries and over a distance of approximately 3000 km to the finish line in the Fair Cape.

Greetings! We’re Mike Johnson and Mike Davis, the faces behind the “Mad Mikes on Bikes” charity appeal. On the 1st February 2023 we’ll be leaving our homes in Vic Falls, Zimbabwe to commence our grand cycle tour. After 5 weeks in the saddle, navigating 4 countries and cycling a whopping 3000km we’ll reach our finish line in Cape Town, South Africa.

Our mission is fuelled by our goal to raise as much as we can to fund basic education for those who need it most in Zimbabwe.
