Playlist: Self-Drive Essentials

Calling all travellers and adventurers, all explorers and world wonderers, those filled with wanderlust and an appetite for the unknown – we invite you to suspend your reality for a moment and join us on the road.

As travel bans start to lift, we prepare ourselves to emerge from hibernation and take back the wheel of adventure. With travel an essential service for the mind and soul; music is an essential service for travel, especially on the road. Scenic vistas and transforming landscapes, chasing horizons and embracing space, music captures the essence of a moment, wrapping memory up in melody.

Our safari specialist, Erica Green, has compiled a playlist to transport you to the wide open road – inspired by our Safari Planning Facebook live where Erica took us on a self-drive quest through the diverse and panoramic sands of Namibia. From wild horses to undulating dunes, through ghost towns and stark desert, the tunes of this venture will resonate long after the journey ends. Allow this list to transport you to the wide open road with songs influenced by our passion for exploration and the rhythm of the road.
